Scott E. Howe has served on Geeknet’s Board of Directors since March 2007. Mr Lowe leads the Microsoft Advertising Business Group, comprised of teams responsible for business strategy, product planning, product marketing, business development and overall management of the advertising businesses across regions. Scott joined Microsoft in 2007 through Microsoft’s acquisition of aQuantive and is a seasoned veteran in the online advertising space. From 1999 through 2007, Scott served in a variety of roles at aQuantive, first as the vice president and general manager of online advertising agency Avenue A|Razorfish and later as president of Atlas International and founder and president of DRIVE Performance Media (DRIVEpm). Prior to Microsoft and aQuantive, Scott spent six years with the Boston Consulting Group and two years in investment banking with Kidder, Peabody and Co. Scott holds an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business and an AB from Princeton University in Economics.
